On the one side due to the rising prices for hosting and cloud, but also since I saw way less movement on the development side for new projects.</p> <p>So overall, most of the needed parts either had a solution that one could buy or had some version of an open source solution. Since my overall plan is to become less dependent on single-ecosystem products, I am naturally more interested in the open-source world.</p>
